As a thank you, we honor you with the great muffin recipe, after we have visited our stand so often

were asked:


basic recipe

250 grams of flour

2 teaspoons of baking soda

2 eggs (Kl M)

150 grams of sugar

125 grams butter at room temperature (we recommend melting the butter)

250 ml kefir

2 packets of vanilla sugar


blueberries, chocolate sprinkles, chopped white chocolate,

Café flavors such as cookie chocolate, praline nut, white chocolate, caramel (a well-known brand,  which we are unfortunately not allowed to name here for advertising reasons)

Lemons or Oranges Aroma 

Sugar'n Spice by Don Marco


Beat eggs, add sugar/vanilla sugar, stir in melted butter.

Then stir in the flour and then the baking powder

Finally, carefully stir in the kefir

Optionally add other ingredients such as fruits or flavors

Baking time on the smoker: approx. 20 - 25 minutes at 180 degrees

Baking time in the convection oven:  25-30 minutes at 170 degrees middle rail

Our personal recommendation

Finally, we recommend pricking the muffins with a fork again and pouring the café flavors drop by drop over the muffin

Vanilla ice cream or compote goes perfectly with the muffins
